Meet'n greets come at no charge. They are a great opportunity for me to meet you and your pet, ask and answer any questions, and figure out how I gain access to your home (more on that later). That said, if you feel comfortable booking an appointment without a meet'n greet you are free to do so. You can contact me via phone or e-mail to schedule meet and greets at any time. I generally respond in under an hour, but in extreme cases will take no more than 24 hours to respond.
If you plan on being a regular client I am happy to hold onto your spare keys and return them whenever you wish. I have done so with countless clients in Chicago and never lost a single key. I always label the keys with the name of the pet and their owner. I am also happy to use a lock box if you wish to set one up or simply grab the keys from under a welcome mat or what have you. Whatever system works best for you.
Payment through PayPal or VenMo are preferred, but checks and cash are also acceptable. Sorry, I do not offer Chase Quick Pay.
Payment may be made either before, the day of, or within 7 days after the service is completed and you are satisfied. After 7 days a 20% late fee will be charged. After 14 days if payment has not been made in full, all future services will be denied until payment is made in full.
Upon arriving at your home I will text you a picture of your pet to let you know when I have arrived. In addition to other pictures (and sometimes silly videos) I will send you a picture and a short report on the visit when I leave. For walks I can use a GPS tracker on my phone and send you a screenshot of the GPS map to show you the route I took to walk your pup, the distance walked, and for how long.
Right now my days of service and hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Unfortunately I do not offer evening or weekend service at this time.
